Very good camera.
Excellent camera. I bought it to keep an eye on my house when I am away and I am very pleased with it so far Very easy to install day and night with very good resolution. The ability to see 360° is really a big plus. The detection function works quite well and allows you to receive a notification on your smartphone.Design level it is simple and sober. It doesn't shock wherever you install it. When activating the camera on the application, you will be offered 1 month Cloud service with 7 days Cloud data recording. After this offered month the price will be 499 € / month which remains reasonable.

Finally a camera that does exactly what it's supposed to do. And with really good quality. A cloud can be saved if an SD card is used. My verdict after 2 days: I have already tried many devices but no camera I know can keep up with this value for money. However, I have also tried many camouflaged ones. The market there is still very expandable.

Unpacked plugged into use! The possibility of a LAN connection, the connection to my No Thanks Fire TV stick and the long power cable are nice. All the advertised functions work flawlessly I would like a more detailed guide because if you are not a techie you will have to muddle through. But better kept short but clear than the manual for a camera I had ordered earlier: 'Press button B when speaker starts beeping, then rotate with pleasure press socket A.' (Etc. etc pp.) In case of further shortcomings, the thing was immediately returned, one of my few returns. Furthermore, it would be nice if the camera had a connection with the Alexa app on the smartphone/tablet.

HD errors and support respond only slowly or not at all.
First of all, the camera looks great and looks great. Night vision also works great sound. It also worked well in the beginning. At least in the standard resolution. When you want to switch to HD it is loaded and then aborted with an error message. Sometimes but only sometimes it's a matter of luck. Of course I wrote to the support (in German) who of course also gave me an answer in German (as the company also offers German support). Got a ticket where I need to update some details like model number which I did. Since then there has been no response. After a week I contacted support again (this time in English) where my ticket could not be found at first.

I am very satisfied with the camera
There were no problems with the installation. I have installed the software on multiple devices. I can view the photos on all devices. Great picture even at night. Would buy them again.
