I bought this pillow and tested it for 2 hours to relieve my back at the end of my pregnancy and I had even more back pain than usual for 2 days in a row before I regained proper mobility.

This lumbar cushion is almost as wide as 44 and 45 cm high. The soft memory foam is pressure and weight sensitive and gives a wonderfully comfortable feeling, it really feels lighter. There are 5 small discrete extra thick stripes in the lumbar region. It is mainly intended for people like me who spend several hours in front of their computers and given the number of telecommuters on the rise I predict it will be a huge success a precious help by not sitting back to lean. This requires staying active and alert by keeping the feet in contact with the ground or with an elevated device provided for this purpose and not hesitating to apply pressure to the lumbar area.
