Hardly any heat
I ordered two pairs none of them even came close to the stated temperature the socks get but minimal warm you have to feel exactly to feel anything. Every pair of thick socks heats better and cheaper items go back.

The best solution for cold feet
Very high quality thick frame with three heat settings, bought for my mother who suffers from cold feet every night. She adjusted it and I have never seen her so happy. She put it on mode 2 of 3 which is quite hot. The batteries last all evening and are easy to charge with the supplied standard USB cable that you simply connect to a mobile phone charger or similar.
