Comfortable neck brace that unfortunately does not protect all areas
The collar is very nice and feels high quality. In principle he fits very well with my Labrador mix but he is very long and flexible and therefore comes up to his castration seam. He is well suited but still deserves 4 stars. Contrary to other reviews I was able to return the collar and immediately got my money back. Although Geendank also informed me that returning was not possible, I immediately received a return slip after a short phone call to the dealer.

Best neck brace I've ever had!
I bought this collar for my 2 year old cat because he had breast surgery. I've always had really bad experiences with the vet funnel collars and our Rocko wasn't thrilled with this plastic funnel either but this collar is super soft and his field of view is not limited at all. In short, he loves it! Clear buying advice!

Good if you fix it yourself first /UPDATE
/UPDATE 2: The promised replacement has now arrived and is flawless. Thus, my previous 'cons' have been eliminated. As written before I can give the 5* and recommend the collar without hesitation as the quality and service are really top notch./UPDATE: A very friendly customer service representative immediately responded to the problem and promised to pass it on to quality assurance and did Refund/Replacement promised. If the replacement then works and doesn't have the previous problems the product is definitely worth the full 5* in my opinion considering how comfortable the collar was for my dog. My dog has been neutered and to spare her the horrible funnel I ordered her this collar.

Very good
It is very big but very soft. The dog sees everything and is still protected. He didn't lie down with the vet's funnel and sat and panted all night. Hardness individually adjustable with air. Top.

Caution! Useless
It looks good and at first glance seems to serve its purpose BUT: If you rely on the collar to prevent the dog from licking a new wound (on the shoulder!) you will unfortunately find that he does not even hold his breath let it stand overnight for a few hours. Would probably work just fine if the air stayed in it. Unfortunately, the valve is apparently not properly secured or it quickly loses air elsewhere. That works better with any cheap air mattress… Conclusion: Scrap!! Refund of the money is possible. Thanks too. Addition: JUM-Shop only refunded the purchase price on the basis of the evaluation and offered to send a replacement copy.
