Great training bands
I bought it because of course my studio is closed at the moment and I still wanted to do some exercises (and had to -> Christmas mops). They work exactly as described. There are different colored rubber bands each with its own resistance. At the end there are rakes there you click on the levers and there you go. You can also combine ribbons then it becomes more difficult. Cuffs for the feet (I don't need them but if you want to train the legs they are included) are an 'anchor' for exercises on a door (padded so the door doesn't scratch) and the handles are wide enough for the hand of a European man.

Very flexible and easy to use
With a little practice you can train a lot of fun things with it. I have found everything that is possible with it on the internet. That's why with the elastic bands you only need a rubber mat and a little space on the floor So I also decided for the purchase.📦Fast and safeGreat degree of resistance and lifting options. There is also the option of connecting more than one if the pulling force is too low. The rubber works in both directions during training and the risk of injury or damage to the floor is very low. The rubber does not smell or chafe. Conclusion : great product and a fair price.

With a little creativity to some activity
Except for the fragrance 5 stars in all categories. It is completely normal for the tapes to smell a little harsh. Is even described in the training manual that is included in the delivery. Wipe with a damp cloth and it's good. The ribbons are different colors and well made. With a colleague I trust, we took the ribbons apart one by one. So our protective equipment was purely a measure just in case. The seams are clean and the fabric is very stable and tear-resistant. When you make a few curls the handles squeak a bit but that doesn't bother me because the music is louder. Furthermore, the handles are of very good quality and they are also very comfortable to hold and non-slip.

Buy recommendation
As always prompt delivery. The straps are very robust and the handles are very easy to hold. The different heavy straps are well chosen and for beginners it offers enough improvement. With the enclosed booklet, the different exercises are easy to understand. Maybe a QR code for a few videos here would be even better. Geraf for beginners who quickly get wrong exercises but I am very satisfied with the tires. The only problem is the inherent smell of the tires. This can be a little inconvenient. Still, I give a buy recommendation. Price performance is just great.

Bad !!!!
During the first chest exercise, the seams at the ankles ripped and flew against my back. Even if there were only three straps on it… By the way, it smells like a used condom… Conclusion: Quality is mediocre and the product is not recommended!!!!!!

Great for home
The tapes themselves have a somewhat unusual and ugly smell. They are great for training. Instructions for some good exercises are attached to the bands and they are versatile in other ways too. There are also several difficulties possible by adding the bands. So far I look satisfied. No signs of use yet. In times of closed gyms, giving up the business is a great alternative

Great fitness bands for home workouts
In addition to the five different resistance bands, there are all kinds of accessories to train at the door or to attach the bands to the legs. After unpacking, the tires need to be aired for one to two days because they have a strange smell. According to the manufacturer, the smell is normal and not dangerous because of the production. Since there are five different tapes, the different colors also have different resistance levels: – 46 kg (yellow) – 9 kg (blue) – 136 kg (red) -182 kg (green) – 228 kg (black) There are two handles that the tires must be attached. So you can just stand on the band and train as if you were lifting dumbbells.
