good light in a shed without alternating current.
I have a gazebo in the backyard and needed some light inside to see where to put tools. There are a portable table saw a tile saw and a chop saw sometimes also a small portable compressor and air tools. I mounted the light collector panel on a fence about 12 feet away and the light in the shed. this thing works great. Unfortunately it only comes on during the day when I close the door but it provides enough light to see clearly inside. Update: 2 weeks after installation this thing just stopped. I then looked at the installation and inspected the connector plug. In an attempt to fix the malfunction. I have cleaned the connector thoroughly and it has been repaired and is working again.

Does almost what it should
I use it to illuminate the interior of a gazebo. The lamp is reliably switched on by the motion sensor but only when the solar module detects a certain darkness outside. By the time this is the case, it's so dark in the gazebo that I wish the light would come on.

Great for the van
A strong magnet is glued to the holder and every time we stand with the Kawa I attach the lamp to the outside of the car with a magnet. It does not need much sun and the night is safe. The small solar panel can be attached flexibly, so you always catch the sun. The motion detector has a good radius so the light comes on when I'm near the passenger door and that's how it was planned. Costs no electricity, runs reliably and is removed again when continuing the journey.

Great but needs some sealing
Really clear nice long cord for solar panel to place anywhere the sun comes from. Only problem Is it has places where water can come where it will come! I have had other similar units. I have used Flex Paste to seal all the screws and other places where water can get in so I think they will be great with that. For the price they are worth the little extra effort to seal them and they are clearly adjustable in angle and the motion sensor is great. I gave 4 stars because it wasn't sealed properly but that can be easily fixed. I have tried many of these lamps and these are my favorites so far.

Moderately bright
I was slowly deciding between a 3-4 star rating based on the quality of the motion detection. The light itself is MUCH dimmer than they advertise. Ultimately, it's not the worst thing in the world for my setup as I use it to light up my backyard while walking my dogs. I would prefer brighter which is why I bought this but on the other hand I know it won't annoy my neighbors. The motion detection is phenomenal. Regardless of whether I approached frontally or sideways the detection could easily pick up my moderate movement from 20+ feet. The battery also easily lasts all night and that includes getting dark before 17.00pm. Granted my light isn't on all night but between me my dogs and random wildlife it still has plenty of power.

Good quality. Clear light. Good movement sensitivity.
Even though many devices from other providers look the same in the photos, they are different! I dared to compare and I was positively surprised by this device. It should now be installed and delivers reliably.

Work as intended. Motion sensor worked very well.
Easy to install? Yes, connecting to a socket is not necessary! (Solar!) Cable long enough for me to put the solar panel on one side and the light on the other. (I think it's over 12 ft.) I need to put the solar panel on the south while on the north side of a storage shed I need the light. Brightness is acceptable for a solar powered lamp. (Set your expectations correctly.) I would buy a solar powered string of lights but they are so dim and not bright enough for my purpose. So I got this one instead. It worked and it worked well. Motion Detection: Work better than expected.
